Flag for increase/decrease structure level is not working
Hi,
I'm trying to click on flag for opening or hiding my level of structure but it not working. Is there any option is forcing this option?

I vaguely remember an issue like yours but I can't recall the reason.
1. Is your file a single file (i.e. not part of a linked structure like a master/subproject or resource pool/sharer)?
2. Is a filter applied?
A screen shot might help.
