EST, LST, EFT AND LFT

Hey,

Can I add in MS Project to the network diagram the 4 times for any activity? 

I mean: earliest start time, latest start time, earliest finish time and latest finish time

    You mean something like this?

    If so, select the Network Diagram view and then go to, Network Diagram Format > Format group > Format Box Styles. From there create your own template with the desired fields such as I've shown here: Note, for the label to show, click the "show label in cell box". For the data to show, do not click that box. (That may seem obvious but it took me a few minutes to figure out the "decoder key").
