You mean something like this?

If so, select the Network Diagram view and then go to, Network Diagram Format > Format group > Format Box Styles. From there create your own template with the desired fields such as I've shown here: Note, for the label to show, click the "show label in cell box". For the data to show, do not click that box. (That may seem obvious but it took me a few minutes to figure out the "decoder key").
