Deploying Project for the web
Hi,
I recently deployed the Project Accelerator in the non-default environment named "P4WTest" (Type is Sandbox). I am able to see a new app in my list of Office apps as shown below. I then shared the "Project" model-driven app with my team members by adding them to security roles (mostly using out of box ones). But they do not see this app in their list of O365 apps. How are they supposed to launch the app?
The Unified Interface URL for the model-driven app works when I sent it but along with it, how do I make it available in the list of all O365 apps shown in the image below?

The following is based on how we have our environment configured and your results may vary.
Check with your sharepoint admin to see if they have restricted who can see the Project apps. We have ours setup so only members of a custom Azure group can see the app tiles and access P4W/Roadmap. The app tiles can also be configured so they don't show up in Teams.
As far as accessing P4W app, projects and tasks will vary based on the assigned user's permissions.
- Admins can access the non-default instance by going to the https://make.powerapps.com/ selecting your Environment (to the left of the Gear icon) then opening the app.
- Azure Groups - You'll need to create/assign a new group within the project, or assign an existing group to the project. When users are added to the group they will receive an email with a link to the project.
- Assigned to - Assuming the user is assigned to the project's group, when you assign users to tasks it will generate an email notifying the user they've been assigned, which contains a link to the project.
- Project Home page - Users can access any Recent project they've opened, ones they've create, or that have been shared with them.
- Teams - For named instances, you can add a tab using the Website app to allow users to access P4W.
- Share button - Located on the within P4W. I haven't tested this functionality yet to see how it behaves.

I verified with my team, there's no restriction on who can see Project apps. The documentation says: "Users with the Project User and Project Common roles will see the Project app tile appears in Office.com – All Apps section"
Here are security roles assigned to an Azure group as per above:
In my case, I have the "System Administrator" and "System Customizer" role for the model-driven Power App, also the tile shows up in my list of all apps. I expect the same for my team members who are part of that Azure security group. As a test, I also individually added the group members and gave them the same roles "Project User" and "Project Common" but they still do not see it as a tile.
