Checklist grayed out in Project for the web
Hi all
We are experiencing an issue with our checklist functionality. All of our users are equipped with Business Premium licenses, while our administrators have Plan 3 licenses for Projects. The problem we are encountering is that users with Business Premium licenses are unable to check off the boxes in the checklist, even when they are responsible for the primary task.
Is it necessary to have a Plan 1 license in order to complete the checklists?
Thank you in advance!

I believe each of your team members will need a Project Plan 1 license in order to update Checklist information in their projects. Hope this helps.

AurelioDM It's not easy to find, but it's mentioned in this doc Microsoft Project for the web service description - Service Descriptions | Microsoft Learn
