Approval Center Rules - auto-approve completed tasks
Hi there,
I'm wondering how to set up a rule within the Approval Center that auto approves when team members mark tasks as complete.
However I still want the status updates to go through the Approval Center if the team member is changing the amount of work required for the tasks -

I am sad to report that you cannot create the Auto Approval Rule you seek. To create the rule you want, the update would need to meet two conditions:
1. Assignment % Work Complete would need to be 100%.
2. Assignment Actual Work would need to be less or equal to Assignment Baseline Work.
Unfortunately, when creating a rule, you can test for one of those two conditions, but not both of them. Sorry, but hope this helps.
