Adding Specific Criteria to Established Baseline
I am working on a highly complex and visible schedule and I continue to come across features that I would like to incorporate that require updates to be made to the baseline. I do not want to lose my current baseline of effort but I want to add a cost metric to that existing baseline. Is there a way to just add a cost to an existing baseline without overwriting any other data contained in that baseline?

You can create a custom Cost field but it won't be timescaled like other baseline fields.
What exactly do you want to do with this new metric?

Does the existing Cost field not allow you to do that? If not, why not?
