Flow will not find sharepoint document with certain IDs
I'm using a flow to locate a specific item in my document library.
I can see the document in SharePoint, I have it's ID
I use a flow to find that item with it's ID, it does not return anything despite being able to see that file with the specific id in the library itself. I can do this with others in the list but not specific ones
Why is this?

- I've noted it doesn't work with a service account as a connection, but does with my own account.
Does anyone know why this might be the case?Lee-Martin Does this service account has permissions on this document?
Are there item-level permissions applied on this specific document or document library?

The Service Account is an admin on the site and has the same permissions as I do - Full ControlDo I need to make this specific for each document? I would have thought that an admin would have rights to view anything?
