Planner - Need Enterprise Portfolio View
As PMO, I would like to create a Portfolio that shows ALL plans created across the organization --similar to how Project Online has the Project Center. I am a Project Online administrator and am able to see all projects in Project Online Project Center without users having to add me as member of each of their projects. Currently, in Project Online's Project Center, other non-admin users only see projects they have access to.
I am looking for a way to get this same functionality I have with Project Center in Planner -- to create a portfolio where PMO can see high level across all plans. Keeping users to only see Plans to which they are part of their team.
It seems like in Planner only shows me plans where I am part of the project team (0365 group). As PMO, I want to be able to see all plans.
What is the best way to do this?
Thank you for your time reading and thinking about potential solutions.

Hello Karen, the majority of Planner's functionality is indeed focused on the task and schedule management of individual plans. To satisfy the needs of PMs such as yourself, Microsoft did create what is called an accelerator. The native accelerator might meet some of your needs (like visibility across the plans), but my organization (working closely with the Microsoft product team) reworked the accelerator. We adjusted its framework so it would not require additional licensing for those already subscribing to Planner and Project Online Plan 3. We also added PM desired capabilities such as resource management and timesheets. If you would like to learn more, I'd be happy to connect.
