Planner - Need Enterprise Portfolio View

Hello Karen, the majority of Planner's functionality is indeed focused on the task and schedule management of individual plans. To satisfy the needs of PMs such as yourself, Microsoft did create what is called an accelerator. The native accelerator might meet some of your needs (like visibility across the plans), but my organization (working closely with the Microsoft product team) reworked the accelerator. We adjusted its framework so it would not require additional licensing for those already subscribing to Planner and Project Online Plan 3.
