@Mention someone in a planner comment

May i mention someone in a task? For example here: 
It's not letting me 😞 And i would find that really dealbreaking with the app!

      I've never tried using Power Automate, do you have a guide somewhere that shows how to set this smart solution up?

    How do we get Microsoft to enable or put @mentions on the development path. I see lots of people requesting this functionality, from well before the pandemic.

      Hi there, just posted a brand new version my solution giving the ability to use an @mention type feature and notify the user automatically via Teams. This works in the new and old Planner. Take a look via below link to the community post.

    Deleted Just two cents from a software engineer: Create a module "comment", implement all features and reuse it everywhere.

      jcgonzalezmartin - how about in the New Planner?  Users have been screaming for this capability since before the pandemic.
