@Mention someone in a planner comment
May i mention someone in a task? For example here: It's not letting me 😞 And i would find that really dealbreaking with the app!

Hi all, just finished off a solution so you can use @mentions in Microsoft Planner. Check it out on my blog (includes a free download of the automate with no catch!). https://www.nomorebadmondays.com/post/mentions-in-microsoft-planner

I've never tried using Power Automate, do you have a guide somewhere that shows how to set this smart solution up?
- MatthewJamesDavisSep 12, 2024Iron ContributorHappy to put one together for you. All i ask is for some feedback once you've tried and tested. I'll put a guide together tonight and post here tomorrow.. if any issues just drop me a message at email address removed for privacy reasons.

Hi there, just posted a brand new version my solution giving the ability to use an @mention type feature and notify the user automatically via Teams. This works in the new and old Planner. Take a look via below link to the community post.
