Locking Tasks / Turn off Completion Function

May I also suggest (request) a « who can modify/delete » the task? At the moment planner cannot be trusted from this point of view as the personn who is trusted with a task can modify and even delete it without any warning being sent to the manager!?

in other systems ive created, we would allow the Project Manager (owner) and task owner to complete tasks... as for dates this was a lock option on the task allowing you to specify the people who could change dates, if nobody selected then only the Project Manager (owners) could edit dates.
