VIva insights email read count
we are facing the issue with read email staus on viva. we have m365e3 licnese assigned to each users. enabled the viva outlook plug in. but i didnt see the email read percentage.
i have tested withe sending couple of internal emails to more than 5 users. but no luck.
can anybody facing this issue.

Could you please confirm whether you are still experiencing this issue? Additionally, it would be helpful to know the number of affected users and machines.
- Moving forward, let's explore potential causes for the issue. Please carefully review each one and confirm whether it is applicable to your situation.
- The email was sent from a shared mailbox, which is not supported by Viva Insights.
- The email was sent more than 14 days ago, which is the maximum time period for tracking email open rates.
