Schedule Send WITHOUT suggestion?

Hi there,

My company admin recently enabled Schedule Send suggestions, and it's a great feature...when I actually get a suggestion.  A lot of times I would like to delay a send until a specific time in the day (e.g., advertising an event during prime working hours.)  However, I can't seem to actually access the feature unless I get a suggestion, which only happens after hours.  If there any way to schedule a send aside from getting a suggestion?  It would make my work so much easier.

Thanks!

  • Yes - on a Teams message right click the send button and on a email use the delay delivery in the message options.

This is not helpful, as it uses delay delivery not schedule send.

This is not helpful. How do you access Schedule Send - not Delay delivery?

If you use the delay delivery method, the message won't send until you open up Outlook again. The Schedule Send feature allows the email to be sent at the specified time even if you are offline.

Yes, but how do you access "Schedule Send" if it doesn't appear in a "Suggestion"?
