Schedule Send WITHOUT suggestion?
Hi there, My company admin recently enabled Schedule Send suggestions, and it's a great feature...when I actually get a suggestion. A lot of times I would like to delay a send until a specific time...
Yes - on a Teams message right click the send button and on a email use the delay delivery in the message options.
I'd like to know too. "Delayed delivery" only works when outlook is running, so if you set it to "do not deliver before 8am on Thursday" but you don't log on until 2:30 the following Tuesday the email won't go until 2:30 the following Tuesday. If you can access the magic "Schedule Send" and set if for 8am Thursday, that email will be sent at 8am Thursday, whether you are logged on to Outlook or not. It's a really useful feature that is hidden for no reason a lot of the time.
