Community ManagerAri2024 have you tried a different web browser? I haven't heard anyone else with this issue. I have moved your post to our Partner-Led tech topics in hopes someone else has encountered this and has a solution for you.

- JillArmourMicrosoftHum, that is weird. I don't know why that would be happening. At what point do you get the error message? Can you take a screen shot and share it? I don't know anything about that portal, but I will try to forward the images along to someone that might be able to help us. Sorry you are having issues with it!
Still happening. I can't make a ticket to get support on why I can't make a ticket...

I cannot submit the support ticket, because my Workspace dropdown is empty. My workspace dropdown appears empty, because I am not yet a partner. My partner signup fails inexplicably with an error code and asks me to file a support ticket for further assistance.
