Registration Microsoft Partner Problem
Hello Community,
I would like to register as a Microsoft partner with my Microsoft business ID. (Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program) Unfortunately, I get the following error message:
{"code":2100,"description":"A legal entity matching the request payload already exists when creating the legal entity.","data":[],"source":"PartnerAccountEnrollmentApi"}
Does anyone have an idea?
Thanks and regards
Torsten

JillArmourMicrosoft , the Support Ticket Link is useless for my Problems. Only shows further Links which didnt solve my Problem. I think there is something broken in the Registration Process. I pleased for Hardware Access before my Account was verified. Maybe thats the Problem. Phone, Chat (with an human) or Mail Support would be great.

You NEED a support ticket first. There is no other way:
How to log a Microsoft support ticket without a partner account | Microsoft Community Hub
Once you have logged a ticket you can send me a PM.

TorstenBre78 my suggestion is to submit a support ticket, there may already be a company with your name registered? I really have not heard of this before.

Hi Jill,
thanks for your answer. The Problem is, for create a support ticket I have to choose a workplace. But I didn`t have one and I can't create one. Because I`m not in a program.
Thanks and regards
