Community ManagerHum, that is weird. I don't know why that would be happening. At what point do you get the error message? Can you take a screen shot and share it? I don't know anything about that portal, but I will try to forward the images along to someone that might be able to help us. Sorry you are having issues with it!
Experiencing a similar issue here with my Partner (admin) account.

WilliamFulmer I have the same issue. I cannot submit the support ticket, because my Workspace dropdown is empty. My workspace dropdown appears empty, because I am not yet a partner. My partner signup fails inexplicably with an error code and asks me to file a support ticket for further assistance.
……and around we go.
I am having the same issue as you described. I cannot open a support ticket and the AI is of no help. I cannot track down a phone number or email for the North American region and I keep going in a loop.
Were you able to get this resolved?
