Net Customer Adds - encouraging the wrong culture?
Thanks JillArmourMicrosoft , I really appreciate it. Unfortunately we're running out of time to renew our SPD so if anyone can recommend anything we can do to get the Net Customer Adds score into the positive in the next 2 months I'd be very grateful.
adding another superuser in case they have any experience with this nick_Anag

OzOscroft really sorry to hear that. Sadly, this is how Designations are being built and you cannot change that. I know that your hands are tight, however if I were you I would attach the market instantly to find those 10 new eligible customers by focusing on customer tenants that have at least one workload with paid licenses between 11 to 300. These are considered eligible for the SMB track. If a customer tenant was classified as SMB in the previous year, it remains eligible even if promoted to Enterprise. Concentrate on adding qualifying workloads such as Exchange Online, Intune, Microsoft 365 Apps, Teams, and others to your customer base. These workloads are part of the eligible criteria for scoring.
LBNL, you can explore the option to switch to Partner Benefits, by purchasing the combination that gives you the requires IURs to be productive and stable in your day-to-day operations.
