Is there a way to download the actual ISO(Offline Installer) for MS Visio 2019, not using the ODT?
Did an installation with MS Office 2019 ISO and it completed successfully, trying to do the same with Visio but it seems that the copy of ISO for Visio that was provided to me is corrupted, the installation progress is just stuck at 35%. Now I'm trying to acquire a new ISO over the web I cant seem to find any source for an Offline installer.

I believe the ODT is for Subscription products only. Which would be Visio Plan 2. The ISOs are usually only for Perpetual (one-time purchase )products (such as Visio Standard or Professional). [And Visio Plan 1 is on-line only]. See this link to compare:
Installing depends on what you have, this link will give you instructions for either, I'd follow that:
(You'll need to redeem your Product Key I think)
If you have a Volume Licensed version of Visio Standard or Professional you should be able to log into your VLSC to download the official ISOs:
https://www.microsoft.com/licensing/ServiceCenter/default.aspx
(you may need to speak to whomever manages your VL agreements). If you have a Retail version you should have received a CD/DVD or a link to download the ISO. Or follow the above instructions.
Otherwise you can just search, such as "visio 2019 iso" and this was one of the first links (in Google at least):
(There's a blue Download button on on the right that downloads an ISO)
Should you trust random ISOs from random websites? Good question...
