Hi Gustavo,
Assuming you can no longer login to Partnercenter and delete your association (see:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-US/partner-center/ms-learn-associate#how-do-i-unlink-mcid-from-the-microsoft-ai-cloud-partner-program-organization
the only way is to file a ticket with MCP helpdesk as described on https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/support/help
i would consider this 'credential support' thus the way forward:
"For all other Microsoft Certification issues, get help through the Credential Support Forums"= please post there.
They should be able to unlink you from previous employer.
Regards,
Martijn- Gustavo_FerrariCopper ContributorThank you. In Partner center I can't go beyond the button "Associate Microsoft Learning Account" in the page "Membership | Learning Profile"
https://partner.microsoft.com/dashboard/v2/membership/workspace
Microsoft exams & certifications
Associate a Microsoft account that you have used to complete exams and certifications through Microsoft Learning so that we can give credit to your organization.
By linking the Microsoft learn account, the exams or certifications completed by you on Microsoft learn will be counted towards the program requirements like Solutions Partner, Specializations etc.
Note: When you associate your account to this organization, you disassociate your account from previous organization.
If itsn´t possible that way I will try the help desk path.- MartijnBreetIron Contributoror system does not want to link you to new org because still connected to the old one? in that case only the support team can help you....
