Bridge to the Cloud 2 Promo--will it apply on an upgrade?
Good day,
We have a customer who has licenses under the Bridge to the Cloud 2 Promo. They recently purchased 8 Commerce Attach licenses with the promo applied to them as well. They would now like to upgrade those 8 Commerce Attach licenses to 20 full Commerce licenses so they can have the free CSU. When I do the upgrade in Partner Center, will the 40% promo apply to the 20 full Commerce licenses?

JillHam0224 honestly, not sure if it would auto apply the BTTC2 promo again, but I highly doubt it. Best thing to do is to contact support and ask them for advice.
Even if the promo isn't applied to the subscriptions after upgrading, they might be able to assist in getting the promo re-activated again as I feel like the customer should still be eligible for the promo.

JillHam0224 the CSP team gave me the following response:
The partner should reach out to CSP Support before performing the upgrade to full Commerce to enquire how to apply the promo discount on the new SKUs (this may require manual adjustment by support).
