Why is it so hard to get verified? | Microsoft Partner Center

norselabs I'm not part of the support or the verification team as I have said before. They don't share releases until they are ready to, so I'm afraid you have to get verified through the system that is currently operating. I am sorry for your frustration here; I hope you get through it soon!

- RamiRamiRamiSep 17, 2024Brass ContributorI would love to see the incentive structure of the support team. It must be worth delaying these cases for even the most ridiculous reasons. They don’t reply for days, they ignore emails and attachments, and they keep sending the same standard emails full of typos. Most recently, they pretended they couldn’t open PDF and JPG files that I had uploaded countless times for weeks.

We now have five tickets. We have provided all the required proof everywhere. Countless times.
Support doesn't read the emails and just keeps sending the same requests. They don't care. No matter how often we provide the documents, whether by email or via the system, in whatever language, in whatever format.
Here is an overview of the messages.
They send more or less one request per day. We reply immediately. The next day, our email is either completely ignored and we are asked for exactly the same thing or they ask for a completely different, random document.
Recently, they sometimes claim that they cannot open PDF files that we have uploaded several times for weeks, which is simply a lie.
We have had nothing but good experiences with Microsoft support for years. Until now. How can it be that these people work for Microsoft at all? That's not support. They're playing games there and must be laughing their heads off at the fact that they're requesting the invoice for the domain for the 10th time.
