Why is it so hard to get verified? | Microsoft Partner Center
jiahuaxu and norselabs I don't believe they provide refunds, but I would submit a support ticket to find out. That's the only way to move forward I'm afraid.
JillArmourMicrosoft if someone takes money, do not provide service you paid for and then refuse to issue a refund — it is definition of the term called fraud. And if Microsoft indeed became fraudulent organization, it is definitely something we will be considering to mention in the relevant media. So far we haven't heard back from support at all.
Don't take it personally, but I'll spit it out as it is, despite how harsh it might sound: Absolutely awful to observe such a disgraceful treatment Microsoft gives developers, who spent time & effort designing apps for Windows. There's no other vendor we've encountered such problems with: Apple, Google, HUAWEI, Samsung, Mi and more — none of them treated us the way Microsoft did. And I don't wanna hear any excuses like "it's another department" or "there's nothing we can do". Yes you absolutely can, you just won't. Otherwise you'd get in touch with your supervisor or Partner program leadership and raise that issue there.

Maybe send a message about your issue to following department:

I'm a user here, and also have issues; recently after complaining that the partner portal is defect it seems like something's moving (my post was set to "Contribution is under review" so it's not publicly available anymore, possibly because it's too embarrassing)...
