Verify your account information when you enroll in the Microsoft Cloud Partner Program

I encountered the same issue while applying for the MAICPP Program.

Initially, I completed the verification process using my ID card, but Microsoft only responded with the following message:

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Microsoft partner. We are unable to consider your application for this program unless you submit Verifiable Credentials. If you have previously loaded your verifiable credentials certificate in authenticator, you must return to the Partner Center VC page, scan the QR code and submit your certificate from the device it is stored on each time you are requested to complete VC, including this one. Please ensure you use scan QR option from MS Authenticator directly and not the camera app. If the Fix Now button does not work, please use the following link to start the VC process.

Then, I tried verifying again using my passport, but I encountered an error message.
Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue?
