Stuck on Employment Verification with no indication of issue or how to fix

I have the exact same problem. The "Fix Now" button doesn't provide any clue as to why it is rejected. I don't get any information or links to send verfication documentation. My information is exact with no abbreviations, etc. This shouldn't be this difficult. I understand the need for security and the verification process, but there is something wrong with this process Microsoft has implemented. I've spent months on the development of a Maui app and I'm not able to publish to the Microsoft Store. I didn't think this would be the part I'd be hung up on. Please please fix this process so that microsoft apps can play in the same arena as android and iPhone
