ISSG-TP Same issue, they asked for domain renewal record which I provided, but they rejected it as the doucment has to be within the last 12 months. Now I had done 2 year renewal so it was just over 12 months old so it got rejected. What a nonsense.
I updated my whois information and added company name but that wasn't accepted either.

Community ManagerDojogong that is their requirement, no way around it. Can you get a new domain receipt dated within the last 12 months by contacting them? Otherwise, you will not be able to move forward.
