MAICPP enrolment blocked 715-123160 and official stage-3 support form also fails

Hello,

Our Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program enrolment has been blocked with reference 715-123160.

No Partner Centre workspace was created, so I cannot raise a normal support ticket. I also tried Microsoft’s support route for users without a Partner Centre account, but the completed form returns:

“There is a problem submitting your request, try again!”

Please can a Microsoft Community Manager arrange an escalation to Partner Vetting / Compliance for manual review or provide a working private support route?

I can provide the correlation ID, company details and supporting documents privately through a secure Microsoft channel.
