I can not pass Employment verification
I'm sorry to say there is nothing you can do to get past verification if they share the below messaging with you:
"Thank you for your interest in Microsoft Program. In reviewing your account, we have found that you do not meet Microsoft standards for eligibility."
I have a registered IT company in Florida,
I have an office rent contract
I have a domain with office legal information
I have articles of incorporation
I have the DUNS number
I don't understand what I should do else to meet Microsoft standards for eligibility.

sefateyek the verification team doesn't share why you don't meet their requirements. What partner solution designation are you going for?

Update:
I received an email from Microsoft that my partnership account is verified!
Butt, I can still see my application is rejected on the partner portal and It's not fixed. Even the Fix Now button is not working.
I have 9 opened tickets from 3 different accounts. I still don't have an answer from Support 😞
- angelasodemannJul 17, 2024Copper ContributorI'm dealing with the exact same issue. Support keeps replying with: Please correct your primary contact email address to be compliant. Generic functions or department names, such as "sales1@", "info@," "admin@," "email@," or “marketing@” do not meet the contact email requirements of the program. I've changed the email to be compliant. Is there anywhere where I can see a list of all the requirements to be verified?

JillArmourMicrosoft I have some updates.
I created another ticket about changing the domain and they told to send me the answer the below;
Dear,
Thank you for providing additional documents to our team for account verification. Upon review, we identified that the documents do not match the information you entered for your account.[DOMAIN MISMATCHED]
Acceptable document types include:
• Domain registration/invoice or renewal that lists entity/contact and domain as they are stated in your account.If it is not possible to provide additional documentation, please update your domain to match any legal documents already provided or your official Company registration details.
The document(s) should be issued within the previous 12 months or where the expiration date is a future date that is at least 2 months away.
[We will follow up in [2] business days if we have not received a response.]
and then I added another domain with the same legal data and then set this domain is primary in Azure Portal, and then I updated the primary contact email address with the same domain name which I set to primary. I also provided the domain purchased document in the ticket.
Last 2 days, It's waiting with Pending status.
But, If I check the Account Management section, I can see Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program in the detail of the program.
Do you have any advice for this?
