We've been stuck on a loop for almost a year with the same problem. Can anyone help us? JillArmour
Hi Carlos, we were able to close the loop through opening tickets that reiterated the issue. In the end, I was being called by different people who each owned specific pieces of the issue and it was finally resolved. One year seems an inordinate amount of time but I have to say that the Microsoft KYC process is fairly thorough. I would not hesitate to escalate the issue.
