We've been stuck on a loop for almost a year with the same problem. Can anyone help us? JillArmour​

The only way to get through the vetting process when you are having problems is to use the support link and submit a ticket. There is no call center or anyone I can connect you with to speak to unfortunately.

I am not part of the support or vetting team so my knowledge here is limited.
