failed account verification at MS partner center
Hi,
We want to use SSO with MS and thus I am trying to become MS partner.
However I am stuck in the loop and kept failing this process like everyone else here.
What they asked for: domain receipt with entity name on it.
What we provided: domain receipt with entity name on it.
I submitted a support ticket with Microsoft Support TrackingID #2401250040004380 for this issue and I don't feel like I am talking to a real human. I am getting identical responses 3 times in a row that is NOT HELPFUL AT ALL.
I have no idea what is the issue here and how we can fix this. If anyone could give us some directions, that will be very appreciated.

YuqingLi It may be because your domain paperwork will be over 12 months old in a few days. They may need an updated receipt. Can you get one?

Thanks for replying. I can see this being confusing. But actually this was renewed last year September. Thus expire in 6 months time. See screenshot below:
I have provided this screenshot during the verification process and they kept giving me the identical response as what I posted above.
Does MS have any internal process to fix this?
