Employment verification gets rejected
We are trying to complete our employment verification since december and the "support" agent does nothing but respond with the same canned message over and over again. Thank you for the documents...

Jun 05, 2024Johno2518 It can take up to 10 days for a verified account to show up in partner center, do you know when you were verified?
If they have rejected your company, you will have to appeal to go through the verification process again. They may be rejecting to work with your company based off something seen in the background check, but I don't know.
Have you submitted a support ticket for this? I think that should be your first step.

So you're saying the Profile info section can take up to 10 days? That seems quite silly given business verification happened instantly with all the correct information.
Legal business verification finally completed yesterday as my Domain CoR request completed then as well.
As mentioned before, support were completely useless and they should have been able to tell me what the issue was. I shouldn't need to find a post somewhere. I supplied them with all the correct documentation that they requested and they kept telling me it didn't match. I even circled the documents and screenshots of the portal to show they matched.
They just refused to tell me what was incorrect from their side.
I've followed up with support again but it also takes days to get a response (or they just close the ticket for no reason).
