Developer account suspended
I am having the same problem
I followed the last link you mentioned
https://partner.microsoft.com/dashboard/support/servicerequests/create
But the form wants me to select a Workspace from a drop down list. The workspace dropdown list is empty so I can't submit a request . Any Help ?
mikoyoyo ok, that didn’t happen for me. Try signed out.
Eventually the thing which unlocked my account was emailing emailreportapp at microsoft.com . just email them to save time.

Loads of thanks to you . sending them an email really did the trick. they responded and corrected the situation . I have been running in loops for a while now until I saw your suggestion
use "reportapp" then the "at" sign then "microsoft.com"
