Cant enroll in programs nor contact support properly.

My feeling tells me that nothing is being done at Microsoft. The Microsoft engineering team is probably just one person fiddling around with Microsoft Codemonkey AI agents.
The expectation was high, the result absolute substandard and it just does not work.
I have received similar emails in the past months that is why I do not trust such answers from Microsoft.

I am yet to receive any further information ragarding my situation. And i have been rather insistent. as far as to speak to support channels / other departments where i can from other methods. it does feel as though i am ignored to be frank and while i have no right to judge people. i hoped for a more expedent response from them. if you have any ideas at this rate ill listen.

I will try to contact with the FTC in the U.S. about Microsoft's business practice, I'll report back next week about it.
Microsof.t is a hor.rible company.
