Business and Employment verification failed after address change
Hi
Is anyone at Microsoft able to assist help us sort out our verification issues
It's been going on for weeks.
We moved office and I updated the address on Partner Center.
They keep asking for domain verification document.
Have supplied this and it matches our domain, entity and address exactly.
Even sent Whois screenshots
Still fails.
2 support requests open with Microsoft but they are of no help.

I'm sorry you are having issues getting verified. It sounds like you have provided them with the correct documents to be approved. Are you using a company email to do the submission as it can't be from a personal one. I can't think of any other reason you would be rejected if you say all your information matches exactly. hummm....Check out this post and read through all the details, maybe something will help you figure out what's wrong? I'm sorry I can't be of more help, I am not part of the support team.

Yup its a corporate address under the same domain.
