Account Verification
TamasP from their response it sounds like the paperwork you submitted doesn't match the name you have registered in your partner account. It has to match EXACTLY, down to the letter and "."

JillArmourMicrosoft thanks for your reply. I have uploaded a PDF of my company registration, and the verification has completed now. I am not sure whether because of this document, or by simply opening a support case.
My problem is(was) that the process is not clear, and there is no feedback what is wrong, or what is required.

Tamas, I second this, the requirements seem to be designed to confuse and change based on whoever seems to pick up your request.
I have been told 3 different things:
- that your primary contact can't be an info.... or contact... style address.
- to send business registration information
- to send domain ownership informationNone of which of course make sense in the context of 'employee verification'.
Even if you send one of the requirements, it's likely you will then be asked to complete a different, previously unmentioned requirements, or simply rejected without any communication for days.
What is worse, at some point I even got an email that I got verified, so it's obviously a systems and people core issue in Microsoft.
For any prospective Partner member who is reading this I have nothing else to recommend but to stay clear from this whole farce at this point.- pnutmanMar 31, 2025Copper Contributor
Same problem here, do not get the box to upload documents as my chance expired in 2022!! Now I have 30day to cancellation with several clients in my CSP.
