Do you have access to PartnerSource/Partner Center, and have you set up an account there?
If so, CSP Partners can find the current Incentive Guide and all of the Microsoft commerce incentive resources (including steps on how to claim benefits) in PartnerSource/Partner Center.
Once you've accessed the current Incentive Guide, click on "Engagement List" as shown in the following screenshot to find eligibility:
For information about the enrollment process, access the Incentive Guide and click on "Support and Resources" as shown in the following screenshot and review the applicable section:
