However, if you're asking about Enterprise for Biz Apps Presales Advisor incentives (prev. OSA), then you can:

• log into Partner Center and find the Microsoft Commercial Partner Incentives Guide
• go to Business Application Incentives 
• click on Biz Apps Presales Advisor incentives (prev. OSA) 

Once the link opens, scroll down to "product eligibility":

Then download the FY24 Biz Apps Presales Advisory Incentivized Workloads file to view the commercial product list:

Products grouped in categories with different rewards, Microsoft has been so kind to provide list of products per category and an estimator tool.

Incentives on former OSA have changed, no longer a percentage of the ACV, but a fixed rate per net new seat (growth) compared to the High Water Mark (HWM)

Are you looking for the FY24 Enterprise Incentive structure?  

 

If so, I cannot post that type of confidential information on here, however, you can find the latest PDF file by logging into Partner Center. The title of the file is "Enterprise Incentive Program" & the incentive term is October 1, 2023 – September 30, 2024 and the products are also listed.
