Logo Builder Benefit
Hello,
Just wanted to double check something. Is the logo builder available only for Cloud partners who have purchased the action pack?
Thanks

Our organization has an active Microsoft Partner ID and is enrolled in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program. We previously had access to a Microsoft Partner badge/logo in Logo Builder, but Logo Builder now shows no available logos. Can you confirm whether our current membership is entitled to any Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program branding assets and whether the previous badge was retired or removed?

here's what copilot has to say:
Best-supported conclusion
There is no evidence that a company whose only status is membership in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program is entitled to a partner logo. The official Logo Builder documentation lists logos tied to MAPS, Solutions Partner designations, specializations, AEMSP, or certified software designations, and Microsoft's branding site further restricts Logo Builder availability. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/benefits/mpn-logo-builder, https://lab.algebra.hr/en-us/partner-center/benefits/mpn-logo-builder, https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/marketing-center/brand-assets
In other words:
- ✅ AI Cloud Partner Program + qualifying designation/subscription → logo available
- ✅ AI Cloud Partner Program + MAPS → logo available
- ❌ AI Cloud Partner Program membership only → no documented logo entitlement found https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/benefits/mpn-logo-builder, https://lab.algebra.hr/en-us/partner-center/benefits/mpn-logo-builder, https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/marketing-center/brand-assets

2. Microsoft's branding page explicitly limits Logo Builder availability
Microsoft's branding page states:
"Logo Builder is not available with Partner Launch, Core, or Expanded Benefits." https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/marketing-center/brand-assets
That is a strong indicator that merely purchasing partner benefits packages, or being a basic partner, does not automatically grant logo entitlement. https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/marketing-center/brand-assets
3. Third-party guidance (aligned with current Partner Center behavior)
A 2026 partner guide summarizes Logo Builder eligibility as requiring:
- Active membership in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program
- AND a Solutions Partner designation, specialization, or Azure Expert MSP status

Hi Neebux
I was not managing this community when you posted your question, however, I apologize for the delay.
May I ask if you're a member of the MPN? If so, the Microsoft Partner Network is now called the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program. Partner logos, award logos, and certified letters are aligned to your Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program membership. If you're not a member, please review the following website information and follow the instructions to sign up.
Hope this helps!

there must be something more about it (or a problem): I have an MPN ID, are a member of Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program and my logo builder says there are no logos available.
