FY24 partner incentives legacy Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) Co-op conversion
Hi community,
Could you please share with us the documentation related to this change? The announcements sent from Partner Center on August 31st with the same title as per my post. The announcement stated and I quote "starting October 1, 2023, legacy CSP incentives will move to MCI. This provides the opportunity for partners to manage all CSP incentives under the MCI offering."
Thank you in advance.
Nick
To earn Co-Op incentives, partners must be a CSP direct partner, indirect reseller, or indirect provider, and when discussing your post with the SME this morning, it was not highlighted that the information was different for Indirect Providers.
FAQs are located in the section titled "Support and Resources", then scroll down to "FAQ – Microsoft Commerce Incentives".
If after reviewing the FAQ & the complete incentive guide, you have additional questions, please follow the instructions below and include that you are an Indirect Provider:
Hope this helps!

Hi nick_Anag
My apologies for the delay in responding as our offices were closed yesterday due to a US national holiday (Labor Day).

Your question asks for someone to "please share with us the documentation related to this change", however, you've stated that "the announcements sent from Partner Center on August 31st".
Therefore, if I understand correctly, you're asking if there was an announcement in Partner Center about this incentive change? If so, the information has been made available in the FY24 preview guide is published and should be viewable.
Please log into Partner Center to find the - "(Preview) FY24 Microsoft Commercial Partner Incentives Guide">>then, click on "Engagement List" >>and select the applicable product for MCI enrollment details -Microsoft Commercial Partner Incentives Guide_Preview_September_2023.pdf:

Hi there LicensingConcierge1
Thank you for the detailed reply.
The incentives change announcement sent through an email, that is why I reverted back and asked for a documentation specifically related to this change, and not to MCI incentives as a whole. Furthermore on this, the shared resources are documentations related to CSP Indirect Resellers, and not CSP Indirect Providers which is our status.
I have visibility regarding Ind. Providers resource page, however my initial question intented to investigate if a specific documentation such as a FAQ exists for the legacy CSP incentives change per se.
HTH. Looking forward to receiving your update.
Best regards,
