Does anyone know what is this exactly? Please see the attached product introduction file & the FAQ. Before we used to have Customer Engagement plan which was CRM bundle with project operations, field service and a few other things. There is zero documentation to explain what this plan is, Microsoft designation partner documentation also has zero information about it. I was able to find plenty of documentation on partner sandboxes. Please review the attached.
