Hi LicensingConcierge1 , Thanks for the reply. Actually my doubt is in the benefits section for Success Expanded benefits of Microsoft cloud partner program, it tells partners can avail 35 user instance of D365 Finance. So here what does 35 users mean ? like it is 35 user instances of just Front end D365 (like the UI)

or all 35 of the instance can have access to Development also, like can access LCS and setup Visual studio to do development ?.
