Confused about legacy renewal / Solutions Partner benefits
Hi. According to Partner Center, our Legacy Silver Membership ran from 8/9/22 to 8/9/23. Our Solutions Partner designation is running from 8/21/23 to 8/20/24. On the Legacy Silver/Gold page, it says "Not Entrolled" and "No benefits assigned yet since you do not have active Legacy Silver or Gold Program membership yet."
However - I am being told by partner support (who relies wayyyyy too heavily on AI to write their emails, btw) that as we have active legacy silver benefits, we cannot get our Solutions Partner benefits until this fall. On the Solutions Partner Designation Membership Offers, it says my renewal window is August 20 2024 - September 18 2024.
Any ideas? This is extremely frustrating and support doesn't seem to understand what is going on - they have been doing webtrace / app troubleshooting.

When you have questions about our company's product licenses in Partner Center, you were correct in submitting a ticket to the partner support team. I certainly cannot override the response from the support team and I'm sure their answer was accurate.
- As far as determining the renewal date for your program benefits, your Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program partner admin should be able to determine when your enrollment date.
Your renewal window opens on Anniversary Date and closes on 30 days after your anniversary date. Your benefits continue during this 30-day renewal window.
- Microsoft Action Pack Subscription (MAPS): During the renewal window (Anniversary date to 30 days from Anniversary date), you can renew the subscription by paying the fee. Once the renewal is completed, you'll receive the new set of benefits.
- Solutions Partner designation: During the renewal window (Anniversary date to 30 days from the Anniversary date), you can renew the subscription, if you're qualified. To learn more, see the qualification rules. If you don't renew within your renewal window, you lose your benefits and Solutions Partner designations and badge. Learn how to Make the payment. Once the renewal is completed, you'll receive the new set of benefits.
When you renew during the renewal window, your new anniversary date is 365 days after the day you make the payment and it's received by Microsoft.

- Also, you can determine the expiry dates of your benefits yourself using the following MAICPP date constructs:
Membership start date: The commencement of membership is on the date of purchase for MAPS, Legacy Silver, Legacy Gold, and Solutions Partner. Benefits are provided on the same day.
Membership end date: The membership ends after one year from the initial start date. Renewal is possible within 30 days following the one-year period to maintain continuous benefits. Alternatively, you have the option to repurchase membership at any time after the expiration of the initial purchase and unlock benefits of the membership.
Benefits activate by: The benefits activate by date is the date until when the benefits unlocked remain available for redemption for 13 months from the Membership start date. Benefits expire if not redeemed within this timeframe.
