Benefit expiration tied to membership end date
- Sep 01, 2026
HeinziAT I have heard back from the team and this is their response:
The partner program team is aware of this and is working on changes that will be announced in the near future which should address this potential issue.
So that is good news! - jill
While your notion is correct, it's missing additional changes to the renewal process of Benefits. As with this change, the renewal window for Benefits was also adjusted to 30-days prior to Membership end date. I guess, specifically to avoid scenario's like you described ;)
Thus you can (and should) renew your Benefits prior to the Membership end date.

This is a LOT better than how it's currently being done - thank you for highlighting that
"Grace Period" is a weird concept in the first place 🤔
If you're already aware about it then it's probably easier to digest - but when you're new and you see Expiry Date = Renewal Start Date, then the cold sweats begin to roll 🤣
