Your account has been locked

Hi, my account has been locked, I can't open my email and I can't receive the SMS code on my phone

    so let´s try to refrase your question.

    Why can't you recieve SMS to your phone number? Have you lost your phone number or your telephone or you are simply not recieving a code from Microsoft?

    What email were you using for the first set up of your microsoft account? You have no access to this email or you don't recieve codes from  Microsoft?

    What email provider are you using for recovering your account? Did you check the spam folder if it contains a code from Microsoft recovery?

    Help with the Microsoft account recovery form - Microsoft Support

    Try to recover your account going on this link Si votre compte a été verrouillé - Support Microsoft, or try to contact the Microsoft Support directly.

    You should also definitely use Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) with Microsoft Authenticator App in the future.

    Help with the Microsoft account recovery form - Microsoft Support

    If you lost your phone and/or you cant use this phonenumber and email, you can try to recover the account by:

    Account recovery: 
    Here's what you can do:
    - Go to the Microsoft account recovery page: Konto wiederherstellen (live.com)
    - Enter your email adress
    - Enter your email contact address (the one you have access to) and enter those characters you see on the screen. Click "Next."

     


    - You'll be asked to prove it's really you. Follow the steps, like getting a security code via email.
    - Follow the instructions to reset your password and unlock your account.

    If that doesn't work then:

    Contact Microsoft Support

    - If you're still stuck after trying these steps, it's time to give Microsoft Support a shout. They're the experts and can give you the help you need to get back into your account.

      thank you for your reply ,
      "If you lost your phone and/or you cant use this phonenumber.." no I have not lost my phone number linked to the email account but I cannot receive the code by SMS

        Hi BZ_Lotfi,

        just open a link: Recover your account (live.com)

        enter your Microsoft E-mail (credentials), then an email for which you have access to recieve code in the next step.

        enter the "Captcha" letters (signs), and click "Next".

         



        You should see a code in your E-mail from the second row, enter it and recover your account.
