Please can a kind person clarify, that when I check the box below, all email my Gmail email will not automatically be deleted as a result of giving this permission.
You are granting Microsoft Apps & Services (Outlook) the right to delete emails from GMail when it needs to. (i.e. You do a Delete of a GMail email in Outlook). Not to remove them all at this point.
Does this message come from Microsoft or Google? It's hard to say.
The message is from Google. Microsoft ask for access and this is Google asking you if you agree to that access.
