Undeliverable: Emails Getting Bounce back!
Hi Guys, when i try to send an e-mail outside my network or to different office account im getting a popup with the following error.

I am an independent advisor investigating this inquiry.
I want to add to EmekaNgene response. There are several reasons why you may get the Bounce Back error message. Here are a few.
Try the following:
- Check the email address
- Retype the email to ensure it is correct. Or following up with the recipient to determine the accuracy.
- The recipient has a blocked list or strict spam rules to reduce junk email.
- Contact the recipient and request to be added to the Safe Sender list.
- The receiver’s server may be temporarily down.
- Try resending your email

Please confirm if this happens on the OWA (Outlook web application) or Outlook client
confirm if it happens on both?

It's happening on outlook client & as of now email is bouncing back when I type that particular person's email other than that I can see that I can send emails to other users even external users outside my office account.- Hello Suhas,
Confirm if this happens when you manually type in the email address, (do not use the auto complete, just type all the email address manually)
