Undeliverable: Emails Getting Bounce back!

I am an independent advisor investigating this inquiry. 

I want to add to EmekaNgene response.  There are several reasons why you may get the Bounce Back error message. Here are a few.

Try the following: 

• Check the email address 
  • Retype the email to ensure it is correct. Or following up with the recipient to determine the accuracy.  
• The recipient has a blocked list or strict spam rules to reduce junk email.  
  • Contact the recipient and request to be added to the Safe Sender list. 
• The receiver’s server may be temporarily down. 
  • Try resending your email
